自分に勝手

もう2時だ。眠くない。
いやー、いろんな人が見てるね。ブログ。
ありがたいけど、書けないことも増えてきた。

家守
大学時代にある店舗(お店)任せるっていった人は、(断ったけど)
結局、貸しビルにして、
いれないといっていたピンクをいれていた。
現実があって。

土曜日にある人に新年挨拶に行くと
ビルを買ったと
何故だかビルを案内されました。家守になるそうです。
どうしたらいい？と聞かれたが答えようがなかった。
いままでどれだけの人に相談されたんやろ。
僕はコンサルではないから。
これから、増えるんだろうな家守。
家守の目的は、まちを守ること。
どのようなテナントが入るかを地域全体の利益として考えること。
その方は、県内の飲食店や銘菓をいれたいっていってた。
僕は、ハーゲンダッツがいいけど。

日報の郊外と中心がのアンケートは酷でした。
数字は説得力をもつね。漠然とうすうす感じていることを。
めっきり、まち全体の株が急落したような。今日の大通りも静かでした。
毎回大通りのこと書くと真剣に考えちゃってよくないな。
